"Great app for older phones/os. This is hands down THE best timer app but no longer seems to work on newer versions of Android. Last update was 2016, seems like development has completely stopped sadly. Multiple people have similar experiences and I only hope the developer can continue updating but after 6 years it maybe hopeless 😥"

"Dropping from 5 stars to 3. Like many others have said the app does not work on some phones. I have to imagine that it likely only affects newer phones that have newer Android OS. The app works perfectly on my LG G5 and Huawei Nexus 6P but it fails to interrupt on my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. This was the perfect timer for me and now I'm having to use the stock timer which has a nice feature of it having an overly that you can have open and watch instead of just running in the background"

"Update: uninstalling. It no longer works and the developer is not responding. Too bad - it WAS a really good app several years ago. It's broken! After having used this app since 2012, it no longer tells me when my countdown timer has reached zero hour - unless the app is 'on top' and not running in the background. I love this app, but lack of notification is a major bummer."

"Great app, only had 1 problem, accidentally started previewing the alarm noise somehow volume shot up to full and application closed with no display or notification area info, couldn't see the cause to turn it off and vol control wouldnt go to 0, had to reboot. Only found out it was ultrachron when something similar happened months later but that time I recognised the display that was showing for a second as I'd picked up the phone. Pls add notification 'tap to silence' as others have."

"This thing used to be great, It used to be pretty straightforward you would set the alarm that would go off at the time of the alarm. Now for some reason it will only go off sometimes and is completely Undependable."

"I set this for break for work.. Screen doesn't appear and give a count down it worked with my old phone an LG, I upgraded to a galaxy xcover been late a few times because it doesn't notfiy me anymore.. PLEASE FIX..."

Something went haywire... fix it and it's back to 5 star status. And I would buy it also bc it's that good. From its reviews I wonder if a competitor hasn't gone into it and cannibalized... "I've had this app for almost 5 years now. Worked great forever, now it's decided to stop sounding the alarm if I'm using my phone. Not even a notification. Screen has to be completely off for alarm to work. Will keep for now."
